About the Role

We’re looking for a Product & Growth Intern who’s curious, hands-on, and excited to be at the 

intersection of product innovation and business growth. 

You’ll help us research, validate, and launch new product ideas within the alt.f ecosystem — from 

identifying opportunities and evaluating vendor partnerships to driving brand awareness and customer 

engagement. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to both product management and go-to-market 

execution in a fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Work On

1. Product Research & Development (Primary Responsibility) 

• Research new product opportunities that can add member experience within alt.f spaces. 

• Identify emerging trends in coworking, tech-enabled services, and workspace experience. 

• Collaborate with vendors to understand product feasibility, pricing, and operational models. 

• Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive analysis. 

• Prepare product briefs and recommendations for the leadership team. 

2. Growth & Business Development (Secondary Responsibility) 

• Work on business development for select product ideas, focusing on B2C activation. 

• Identify and source potential brand partners and pop-up vendors for alt.f elevate and similar 

programs. 

• Manage outreach via social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract relevant brands. 

• Support in creating and executing mini-campaigns or promotions to test product-market fit. 

• Track and analyze campaign performance, conversions, and customer engagement metrics. 

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, 

or related fields. 

• Strong interest in product management, growth marketing, or startups. 

• Excellent research and communication skills — written and verbal. 

• Comfortable with data collection, analysis, and presenting insights. 

• Familiar with using digital tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, or basic CRM systems. 

• Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn by doing.
