Product Analyst

Role Overview As a Product Analyst , you will support the Product Manager in analyzing product performance, improving workflows, managing issue resolution, and driving automation. You will work cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, and Client Success teams to optimize product impact and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities A. Product Insights & Analytics Analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and process inefficiencies to drive product improvements. Track key metrics like transaction time, approval reductions, and adoption rates. Identify anomalies (e.g., pricing errors, duplicate orders, margin leaks) and suggest solutions. B. Workflow Optimization & Automation Support automation of approvals, order processing, and anomaly detection using AI. Assist in refining client/vendor login experiences with better data visibility. Collaborate with Tech to ensure seamless execution of automation initiatives. C. Client & al Engagement Gather feedback from al teams and clients to identify pain points. Assist in product demos and documentation for integrations with ERPs, 3PL logistics, and financial tools. Support adoption management for new product rollouts. D. Support Ticket Management & Issue Resolution Monitor and manage incoming product-related support tickets from al teams and clients. Categorize and prioritize issues based on severity and business impact. Work closely with the Tech team to track, escalate, and ensure timely resolution of bugs and feature requests. Maintain status updates and documentation for recurring issues and solutions. Identify patterns in support tickets to proactively suggest process improvements . E. Project Support & Execution Work closely with the Product Manager to scope new projects and define execution timelines. Conduct research on industry best practices to enhance ProcMart’s product offerings. Contribute to strategic initiatives like 1-2 day delivery, smart stocking, and process automation . Technical Skills Required ✔ SQL Proficiency – Writing and optimizing queries for data analysis. ✔ Database Management – Handling, organizing, and extracting data from databases. ✔ Excel & Dashboarding – Creating reports and visualizations for decision-making. ✔ ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) – Understanding data processing workflows. ✔ Python – Basic scripting for automation and data manipulation.
