Product Analyst

Role Overview: You are applying for the position of Product Analyst at Binary Semantics, a client-centric global software development company with operations in the USA, Canada, Europe, and India. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong expertise in the BFSI domain, particularly in the insurance sector, to contribute to the development of customized solutions and services. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of technology professionals and working on enterprise-level projects. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on insurance as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant. - Demonstrating expertise in business analysis methodologies and having a solid understanding of architecture principles and technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation. - Utilizing excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in working with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models, as well as using Microsoft Office tools for creating process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, RACI matrix, etc. - Experience in implementing 3rd party integrations and working on requirement gathering & analysis. - Supporting Business Development Teams with pre-sales experience and possessing working knowledge of SQL commands. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) along with an MBA. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably in General, Travel, Motor, PNC, or Commercial Insurance. - Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, MVC, Cloud Services, AI, Machine Learning, and other relevant technologies. - Strong documentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
