Are you passionate about website optimization and digital product strategy? We're looking for a Product Analyst who can bridge the gap between product, data, development, and marketing teams to elevate digital performance and user experience.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β Plan and execute website enhancements and content updates
β Create and manage user stories and collaborate with Dev, IT, and Marketing teams
β Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, WebEngage, and MoEngage for insights
β Ensure website uptime, resolve minor IT issues, and support infrastructure needs
β Drive A/B testing, UAT, and maintain QA standards
β Document features, track progress, and report key website KPIs
π― What We're Looking For:
2β5 years of relevant experience in product, analytics, or digital marketing
Hands-on with Shopify, GA, GTM, SEMrush, MoEngage, Hotjar, and similar tools
Familiarity with CMS platforms, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical, user-centric, and solution-oriented mindset
