Key Responsibilities

• Product Intelligence

• Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement to surface actionable insights for the product team.

• Experimentation & A/B Testing

• Design and evaluate experiments to measure the impact of new features and product changes.

• Metrics Ownership

• Define and track product KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance and user journeys.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams to support decision-making with data.

• Opportunity Sizing

• Quantify product opportunities and validate hypotheses using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Reporting & Communication

• Present data-backed insights to stakeholders in a structured, compelling manner that drives alignment and action.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in a product, data, or business analyst role
• Strong SQL skills (must-have) and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Comfort working with large datasets and transforming raw data into meaningful analysis
• Good understanding of product metrics (retention, activation, funnel drop-offs, etc.)
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks or A/B testing is a bonus
