The role is mainly focused on building reports, dashboards, and tracking key HR metrics like headcount, hiring trends, attrition, and team changes.In addition, you’ll run monthly payroll end-to-end — ensuring it’s accurate, timely, and compliant with all statutory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who’s strong with data, comfortable with HR systems, and has an eye for detail. What You’ll Do: Design and maintain dashboards that track key people metrics — including headcount, attrition, hiring funnel performance, and organizational changes. Automate recurring reports and data tasks, reducing manual effort and enabling real-time insights for leadership and audits. Collaborate with Finance, Talent, and HRBPs to ensure employee data is up-to-date, consistent across systems, and audit-ready. Run monthly payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, etc.). Own query resolution for employees related to payroll, income tax, benefits, and statutory filings — delivering accurate and timely responses.
