Business Finance Manager

What you'll do:

• Own the P&L for key business verticals track revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews, dashboards, and management decks for leadership.
• Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to evaluate new initiatives and assess financial impact.
• Build and refine financial models to analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS and business reporting.
• Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities through data-backed insights.
• Support fundraising, audits, and board reporting as needed.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, investor presentations, and board-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and forecasting tools.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution.

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
