HR Analytics and Payroll Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards to track key people metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring funnel performance, and organizational changes. Your role will involve automating recurring reports and data tasks to reduce manual effort, enabling real-time insights for leadership and audits. Collaboration with Finance, Talent, and HRBPs will be essential to ensure that employee data is up-to-date, consistent across systems, and audit-ready. Preferred experience includes proficiency with HRIS platforms like Keka and Darwinbox, strong skills in Excel, and basic knowledge of SQL or other data tools. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance, possess good problem-solving skills, and be able to handle ambiguous situations effectively. Clear communication skills to present data insights, proactive and organized approach to tasks, and the ability to take ownership are also desired qualities. The interview process will consist of three to four rounds focusing on assessing your ability to interpret data accurately, solve ambiguous problems, and communicate findings clearly through presentations or walkthroughs.
