HR Analytics and Payroll Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards to track key people metrics, such as headcount, attrition, hiring funnel performance, and organizational changes. Additionally, you will automate recurring reports and data tasks to provide real-time insights for leadership and audits. Collaboration with Finance, Talent, and HRBPs will be crucial to ensure that employee data is up-to-date, consistent across systems, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain dashboards tracking key people metrics - Automate recurring reports and data tasks to provide real-time insights - Collaborate with Finance, Talent, and HRBPs to ensure data consistency and audit readiness Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Keka and Darwinbox - Strong skills in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL or other data tools - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguous situations - Clear communication skills to present data insights effectively - Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Additional Company Details: You will go through a three to four-round interview process designed to assess your ability to interpret data accurately, solve ambiguous problems, and communicate findings clearly through presentations or walkthroughs.
