Job Description

ProdZen is looking for Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform product decision-making
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to drive product development and launch
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target customers, their needs, and pain points
Use data and insights to inform product roadmaps and prioritize product features
Conduct customer interviews and surveys to gather feedback on product performance and gather insights on customer needs
Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product experience
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to drive product strategy
