Product Analyst

Role Overview:

The Product Analyst at ASBL plays a pivotal role in driving data-backed decision-making across our digital real estate products. This role involves closely collaborating with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to interpret user behavior, identify product opportunities and optimize user journeys. The analyst will be responsible for designing and tracking key metrics, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting the development of high-impact features that enhance resident and stakeholder experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with product intuition to solve real-world problems and influence product direction in a fast-paced, tech-driven real estate environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and product performance across ASBL’s digital products (Homes, Leads, Progress) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define, track, and report key product KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with product managers.
• Build dashboards and reports that communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholder.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation.
• Collaborate with business, design, and business teams to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Document insights and present findings in a clear, structured manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable product recommendations.
• Assist in product roadmap planning by validating hypotheses with data and suggesting prioritization based on impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles (real estate or consumer tech experience is a plus).
• Strong command of SQL, MongoDB and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).jm
• Experience with event tracking and funnel analysis (Mixpanel, GA4, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills — ability to tell stories with data.
• Proficiency in the Telugu language is a plus, as it will enhance communication with our local teams.
