Procurement Team Lead

As a Procurement SME Lead at Randstad Enterprise (RE), you will be a key player in supporting the ambition to become the market leader in services procurement/SOW management. Your role will involve working closely with the clients' SOW business owners to handle various aspects of sourcing, contracting, managing, and remittance processing of services contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop partnering relationships with the clients' SOW business owner community to understand their buying needs - Act as a sourcing agent, negotiator, and SOW author to support competitive bidding processes - Process procurement requisitions using a Vendor Management System (VMS) and related procurement technologies - Analyze cost savings and operational processes for continuous improvement - Evaluate SOW agreement terms for quality and compliance - Provide SOP training and updates to suppliers and client SOW business owners - Communicate program changes and updates to stakeholders - Ensure suppliers manage on-boarding, employee relations, and off-boarding activities appropriately - Provide program reporting and support ad hoc report requests - Maintain positive relationships with SOW business owners and support operational leadership - Participate in special projects and other assigned duties Qualifications Required: - University/Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional ability - Demonstrable procurement/commercial experience with a track record of customer satisfaction - Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - High-level customer service orientation and ability to influence others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Knowledge of best practices in purchasing, procurement, and negotiation Additional Company Details: Randstad Enterprise (RE) has invested in a Global Services Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and created the innovative Services Procurement 360 (SP360) framework to support its ambition of becoming the market leader in services procurement.
