Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Systems Manager
with deep expertise in
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
from a technology standpoint. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the P2P technology stack, including
SAP, Ariba, and other sourcing tools
, while driving automation and process improvements. The individual will also lead
special projects in the procurement space
, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across
Business, Technology, Accounts Payable, Tax, Audit, and Governance teams
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Management & Optimization
- Own and manage the P2P technology stack (SAP, Ariba, and related tools)
- Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance
- Act as the subject matter expert for P2P systems and tools
- Special Projects Leadership
- Lead and deliver strategic procurement projects involving cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven solutions for procurement challenges
- Process Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure P2P processes align with global standards and governance requirements
- Support audit, tax, and compliance initiatives through accurate system configurations and reporting
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Business, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Technology teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on P2P systems and best practices
- Data & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor system performance and procurement KPIs
- Use data insights to recommend process improvements and cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology or MBA (preferred) with Procurement and Tech experience across Service sector organizations
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in P2P operations and procurement technology management
- Hands-on expertise in SAP, Ariba, and other sourcing tools
- Proven track record of managing technology-driven procurement projects
- Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance requirements in procurement
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- System Uptime & Stability: Maintain 99.9% uptime for P2P systems
- Process Automation: Achieve targeted automation levels in P2P workflows
- Project Delivery: Complete special projects on time and within budget
- Compliance: 100% adherence to audit and governance standards
- User Satisfaction: Positive feedback from stakeholders on system usability and support
