As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Procurement Operations Specialist to support our operations with timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support the company’s operational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, vendor invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and generate periodic reports on purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments (events, logistics, kitchen, admin) to forecast procurement needs.
• Track inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, email coordination, and inventory/purchase order tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and handle fast-paced requirements, especially during live events.
• Knowledge of event-related materials procurement is a plus.
