Job description Job Title : KIDS PLAY ZONE & Facility Manager Location : Sector 63 Gurugram Company : Botfit Entertainment Reports To : General Manager Industry : Kids Entertainment Centre Job Summary Botfit Entertainment is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of its entertainment and fitness facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are operational, clean, safe, and meet brand and regulatory standards, while delivering an exceptional experience to customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance and functionality of fitness, gaming, and entertainment zones. Ensure smooth operations of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.). Supervise and manage facility support staff (cleaning, security, technicians). Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, AMC contracts, and repairs. Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics. Handle customer complaints related to facility issues and resolve them swiftly. Monitor and manage facility budgets, consumables, and utility expenses. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations (fire drills, emergency exits, first aid readiness, etc.). Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Support event setups and daily operations of entertainment zones, ensuring uptime of equipment. Ensure compliance with municipal and government regulations and obtain necessary licenses and permits. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field. Min 5+ years of experience in facility or operations management (fitness centers, malls, entertainment zones preferred). Strong knowledge of technical building systems and vendor management. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with flexibility in working hours (including weekends or evenings).
