Comaea Consulting is an international Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm focused on the Maritime Industry across APAC and Europe with offices in Singapore, India and the UK. We are hiring a key position for an MNC in the maritime industry with a solid presence worldwide.


Procurement Manager - Maritime Industry

(Based in Delhi NCR)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience preferably within maritime, shipping, or related technical environments.
  • Good understanding of parts, tools, machinery spares and related supplies used on sea going vessels.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end purchase processes, including PR/PO management, vendor selection and commercial negotiations.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with procurement/ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
  • Ability to lead, structure tasks, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
  • Proven resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
