We are expanding our procurement team to ensure best-in-class route quality and commercial competitiveness to support our growing traffic needs.

Role Overview: -

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of A2P messaging routes from the market, ensuring high-quality routes are procured promptly to meet traffic demands, quality requirements, and commercial targets. You will play a critical role in analyzing traffic patterns, assessing pricing trends, identifying the right vendors as well as negotiating with them for optimal route procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure SMS routes from the market, ensuring high quality, competitive pricing, and immediate or scheduled availability per operational requirements.
• Conduct traffic analysis-based pricing, quality checks, stability monitoring, and hop analysis for ongoing and new routes.
• Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate commercials, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers.
• Monitor route performance, including DLR, and stability to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the NOC and Routing teams for traffic shifting, testing, and capacity optimization.
• Maintain updated procurement records, route testing results, and vendor performance reports.
• Participate in strategy discussions for rate negotiations, deal closures, and slab-wise procurement planning for operational benches.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify potential route sources and pricing movements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards in line with telecom industry practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in A2P route procurement or related operations (SMS/Voice).
• Strong knowledge of telecom routing, route quality parameters, and traffic analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret pricing trends and traffic data effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
