Role Description

• Vendor Development & Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers across wood, fabric, electronics, plastics, packaging, and logistics.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, credit, and delivery schedules.
• Develop redundancy in supply to minimize risks.

• Strategic Procurement

• Plan procurement budgets aligned with sales forecasts and production cycles.
• Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Monitor price trends and suggest hedging/stocking strategies.

• Operations & Quality

• Work closely with production and QC teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are met.
• Ensure vendors comply with child-safety, material safety, and quality standards.

• Compliance & Documentation

• Draft and execute vendor agreements, purchase orders, and T&Cs.
• Maintain procurement MIS, inventory records, and audit trails.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with R&D and product teams for new component sourcing.
• Coordinate with finance for payments, credit notes, and reconciliation.
