Position: Manager - Procurement

Location: Aluva, Kochi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager- procurement to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project-based procurement to ensure on-time availability of materials and services at the most optimized cost.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contracts to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Drive cost-control and value optimization initiatives across all project procurements.
• Oversee inventory and logistics coordination to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery to project sites.
• Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year Experience in procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Proven experience in project-based procurement within an engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or automation environment.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, commercial negotiations, vendor management, and logistics for engineering projects.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (ERPNext / SAP / Oracle or similar) and strong analytical skills
• Good Oral Communication Skill in – English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Excellent Written Communication Skill in – English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
