PLANNING & PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Vividh Wires is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Planning & Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining and timely revising of purchase policy in alignment with organisational goals.
• Responsible for timely order placement, supply & demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance.
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
• Developing and implementing profitable sourcing strategies
• Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per business requirement.
• Should be able to actively monitor inventory levels of various items, and ensure zero disruption in production by timely procurement of all critical items
• Be able to monitor and analyse supplier performance

Desired Qualifications / Skill Set:

• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
• Candidates having 3 to 5 years of experience & manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
• Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Must be an excellent negotiator and able to drive cost savings for the company
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
• High levels of integrity and impeccable attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
