About ReCircle

Our client is a resource recovery enterprise working towards a sustainable future. We prevent resources from entering landfills and oceans by directing them back into the economy for recycling, reusing, or repurposing. Our aim is to build an inclusive, ethical, and circular ecosystem by providing organised employment for waste workers within the informal economy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional with 1–3 years of experience in

purchase & vendor interaction roles

. The candidate must be open to

travelling across North India

, conducting on-ground market research, identifying potential vendors/aggregators, and building relationships in the plastic scrap ecosystem.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong

market-facing and negotiation skills

who wants to build a career in the sustainability and recycling sector. We will provide training on plastics and scrap procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground market research in North India to identify vendors, aggregators, and potential sourcing partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, traders, and recycling partners.
Collect, track, and analyse market data on prices, supply availability, and competitor activities.
Support the sales and sourcing teams with lead generation and vendor onboarding.
Negotiate basic terms with vendors under the guidance of the sourcing team.
Travel in assigned markets to expand ReCircle’s sourcing and sales footprint.
Provide timely reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in purchase/procurement role
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel across North Indian market.
Knowledge of local markets and vendor ecosystems will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about recycling and sustainability.
