Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific procurement plans aligned with BOQ, project schedule, and budget approvals. Identify, pre-qualify, and onboard reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers. Source materials and services for civil, MEP, finishing works, and amenities. Obtain minimum 3 competitive quotations for each new procurement package. Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, and delivery timelines. Draft and review Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and service contracts. Track procurement costs against approved budgets and highlight potential overruns. Maintain an updated vendor database with performance ratings and compliance documents. Prepare weekly and monthly procurement status reports for management review. Coordinate with site teams for material inspections and quality checks. Skills & Qualifications 510 years’ experience in procurement within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market rates. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., BuildFormula, In4Suite, SAP), and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) % savings achieved against budgeted procurement cost. On-time procurement rate vs. project schedule. Vendor performance scores.
