To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Invoice processing process. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes. Play a key role in the team, being the link between the team and TL and ensure that adequate process knowledge is developed and be the first point of contact for all members. Act as a back for the TL. boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. Refers to the systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization. It involves tasks such as verifying the accuracy of the invoice, matching it with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process. Automated systems and software are often employed to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of errors.What are we looking for?
Enter PO and non-PO invoices accurately into ERP (SAP/Oracle). Perform basic 2-way/3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice). Flag and escalate invoice exceptions (price/quantity mismatch). Perform GR/IR clearing and validate tax & coding accuracy. Handle vendor queries related to payment or invoice status. Review invoice backlog, perform exception analysis, and resolve aging items. Identify duplicate invoices, compliance issues, and process rejections. 0- 1 years of experienceBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting. Working knowledge of accounting and P2P cycles Flexible to work in shifts Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and High radius is an added advantage Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
