Process Trainer

Role Overview: As a Process Excellence Trainer at Indevia Accounting Pvt Ltd, your primary role will involve designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on Root Cause Analysis, Process Refreshers, New Hire training, Shadow Buddy, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Your responsibility will be to build a standardized culture of operational excellence across teams and functions, ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the SPOCs to deliver training including new hire orientation, process refreshers, Root Cause Analysis for errors, and project-based sessions. - Oversee the onboarding experience and address attrition during the nesting period. - Collaborate with SPOCs to create training calendars and track training effectiveness using the LMS (Kredo), sharing reports with leadership. - Work with HR, Ops, and TA for capability building and process audits. - Lead buddy programs and mentor teams on process excellence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and operations liaison roles. - Strong financial acumen and effective communication skills. - Proficiency in LMS platforms and content creation. - Demonstrated consultative and service-driven leadership style. - Ability to efficiently manage training bookings and HR admin tasks. - Deliver timely training reports to the Operations team.
