Location: Bavla, Gujarat (Candidates must be open to travel between multiple plants if required.)

Qualification:

Canpac Trends Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Process Improvement Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality across production operations.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members on process improvement best practices and tools.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action processes for recurring issues.
  • Standardize processes and ensure best practices are documented and implemented.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
  • Train people of plant, on improvement project methodology.

Key Requirements:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in any engineering discipline
  • 10 to 15 years of total experience in manufacturing operations
  • Mandatory experience in the packaging industry.
  • Hands-on experience over the last 2–3 years in Lean, Six Sigma excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams towards change and improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
