Job Description

As the Process Improvement Manager at Furlenco, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping how India experiences home living by enhancing the management of last-mile delivery and inventory processes across our fulfillment centers. You will not be confined to a desk but instead, actively engage with the teams on the ground floor to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop smarter systems. Your contributions will focus on streamlining last-mile delivery, optimizing inventory tracking, and instilling clarity, efficiency, and innovation to accelerate our growth and enhance customer service. Your key responsibilities will include identifying gaps in last-mile and inventory processes, implementing efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are scalable across all fulfillment centers, analyzing operational data to identify trends, creating dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, and leveraging insights to drive meaningful change. You will collaborate closely with ground teams and delivery partners to address bottlenecks, co-create solutions, and drive their implementation. Additionally, you will lead process excellence initiatives by developing improvement roadmaps, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in operations. To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, with a preference for Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification. You should have at least 4 years of experience in process improvement or operations excellence, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a curious mind with strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, confidence in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and a proactive ownership mindset with a passion for fieldwork.
