Process Improvement Manager

As the Process Improvement Manager at the world's leading sports technology company, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, productivity, and quality across our operations. You will lead end-to-end operational excellence projects, identify improvement opportunities, and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, service quality, and process improvement. - Partnering with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies. - Developing project plans, timelines, KPIs, risk assessments, and resource allocations. - Facilitating workshops, root cause analysis sessions, and process mapping exercises. - Monitoring project progress and providing updates to leadership. - Supporting change management activities and training teams on continuous improvement tools and practices. - Championing a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business transformation. - Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies. - PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree (MBA or related). - Experience in B2B supply chain trading operations. - Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Jira, or project management platforms.
