Job Description

Job Title: Process Coordinator
Company: Saburi Plywood
Location: Chinar Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata

About the Role:

Saburi Plywood is looking for a Process Coordinator who will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage reports and process documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor production and operational processes on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update process tracking sheets and MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Assist management in planning, scheduling, and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Communicate with different departments (Production, Sales, Purchase, Logistics, etc.) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Analyze data to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Support documentation and compliance processes as required by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Coordinator or in a similar operational role (preferably in a manufacturing or production industry).
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields).
