Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: CHINAR PARK, RAJARHAT
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, providing executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, draft communications, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for business and strategic purposes.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of tasks and projects assigned by the MD.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, reviews, and other high-level engagements.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Flexibility to manage dynamic schedules and high-pressure situations.
