Process Architect

Job Title: Senior/Principal Architect

Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Work mode: Work from office

Job Summary:

• Principal Architect should be able to lead single/multiple projects from start to completion and ensure on-time delivery with expected quality and function design.
• He /She should have in-depth knowledge of project execution and control.
• Should be able to mentor and train/assist the team in technical aspects. Should be able to communicate well at all levels and support Senior management in project bidding and planning.

Responsibilities:

·Guide Senior Architect(s) to lead Single or multiple project scopes or Lead and deliver single or multiple project scopes

• Participate in project scope definition, Project Execution Plan, kick off, reviews, risk reviews, issue resolution, change management meetings for the assigned project scope
• Interaction with Host counterparts to gather inputs, validate assumptions, resolve technical queries
• Inter disciplinary coordination with other Lead engineers to produce coordinated architectural design
• Verification of deliverables and ensure project deliverables meets expected quality
• Responsible to meet KPIs (Ontime Delivery, First Time Acceptance, Effort Variance, Rework) for the assigned projects

Perform Quality check of other projects as per Discipline manager direction

Assist Department manager in estimate/review efforts and timelines for proposals.

Assist Department manager in implement training, coaching and mentoring plans for the team development

Assist Department manager in implementation of all needed technical, quality, project management and organizational processes within the projects and teams

Provide technical assistance to the team as required

Perform critical high-level Architectural design activity like concept, design reports, presentation as needed especially when DES is doing it for the first time.

Comply with the Company’s Quality Assurance procedures and assist in the review of standards and procedures to promote a continuing improvement

Updated knowledge on new technologies used in AEC and VDC industry.

Core Competencies:

• Good functional knowledge in 3D modelling software, Revit and AutoCAD
• Hands on Technical knowledge and understanding on international projects of Engineering Design and Construction for process plants in sectors like ATF, BLS, FMCG, Chemical, Food processing etc.
• Good knowledge of local and global codes of practice for design implementation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Good communication and appropriate writing skills for professional communication with counterparts
