Job Summary:

• Mechanical Engineer with 12+ years of experience in Pharma / ATF Industry.
• Expert level knowledge in Piping Engineering like Layout, Piping materials, specifications, Data sheets & 3D modeling tools (E3D.PDMS, Plant 3D, Revit & etc.) with Interdisciplinary coordination for all the Project phases.
• The Piping Space Management Engineer is responsible for optimizing the spatial arrangement of piping systems in industrial plants, buildings, or offshore structures. This role ensures that piping layouts comply with design specifications, safety standards, and operational efficiency while coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines to resolve spatial conflicts.

Responsibilities:

• Should have the ability to work as Discipline lead
• Lead and supervise Engineers / Designers / Modelers.
• Reviewing of Plot plan, Equipment layout, Piping layout, Isometrics and support details.
• Ensure and maintain the International Standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, EN, ISO, BS etc., in piping design.
• Develop and manage 3D piping models in coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Ensure optimal space utilization for piping, avoiding clashes with other systems.
• Implement ergonomic and maintenance-friendly piping layouts.
• Ensure that all design in compliance with local authorities’ code requirement.
• Co-ordinate with other discipline Team members.
• Implementing the design checklist and tracking methodology.
• Internal coordination with other disciplines.
• External coordination with Host / Client.
• Attending Model reviews with Host /Client.
• Assist Principal Engineer & Department Manager in day-to-day activities.
• Administrative tasks w.r.t discipline (MMS, timesheet, appraisals, escalations, recruitments etc.) at Engineer & Assistant Engineer Positions.
• Mentoring the Engineers, Assistant & Training Engineers with the intent of securing properly trained personnel to ensure the continual expansion of the company.

Core competencies:

• Expert level knowledge in Advanced Technology Facilities, FMCG, Life Science and Chemical Industry Projects.
• Should have vast experience of dealing domestic and international clients by Onsite and Offsite coordination.
