Process Architect

As a Senior/Principal Architect based in Hyderabad (Gachibowli) and working from the office, your role involves leading single or multiple projects from start to completion. You are expected to ensure on-time delivery with expected quality and functional design. Your responsibilities include mentoring and training the team in technical aspects, communicating effectively at all levels, and supporting senior management in project bidding and planning. Key Responsibilities: - Guide Senior Architect(s) in leading single or multiple project scopes or lead and deliver single or multiple project scopes - Participate in project scope definition, Project Execution Plan, kick-off, reviews, risk reviews, issue resolution, and change management meetings for the assigned project scope - Interact with host counterparts to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and resolve technical queries - Coordinate interdisciplinarily with other lead engineers to produce coordinated architectural design - Verify deliverables and ensure project deliverables meet expected quality - Responsible for meeting KPIs (Ontime Delivery, First Time Acceptance, Effort Variance, Rework) for the assigned projects - Perform quality check of other projects as per Discipline manager's direction - Assist Department manager in estimating/reviewing efforts and timelines for proposals - Implement training, coaching, and mentoring plans for team development - Implement all needed technical, quality, project management, and organizational processes within the projects and teams - Provide technical assistance to the team as required - Perform critical high-level Architectural design activities like concept, design reports, and presentations as needed - Comply with the Company's Quality Assurance procedures and assist in the review of standards and procedures for continuous improvement - Stay updated on new technologies used in the AEC and VDC industry Qualifications Required: - Good functional knowledge in 3D modeling software, Revit, and AutoCAD - Hands-on technical knowledge and understanding of international projects of Engineering Design and Construction for process plants in sectors like ATF, BLS, FMCG, Chemical, Food processing, etc. - Good knowledge of local and global codes of practice for design implementation - Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Strong communication and appropriate writing skills for professional communication with counterparts,
