• Ability to plan, organize and execute major meetings and conferences, involving multiple international time zones and cultures, in a calm and professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and collaboratively in a deadline driven, high pressure environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in handling Air travel, Visa, Hotel booking, foreign exchange, and international credit cards.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills

Mission of the Role :

Analog and Digital tuner software development for IVI/CDC products

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Design & Implementation of Tuner component in Android HAL layer (C++)
• Design & Implementation of Android Framework and Application (Java)
• Design & Implementation of Tuner Driver Library -AMFM/DAB/SDARS/HD (C ++)
  

Key Performance Indicators:

• Implementation of features in modular fashion, Unit testing the development
• Perform structured root-cause analysis on tuner defects and implement targeted fixes.
  

Key Year One Deliverables:

• Test driven development - Implementation of feature/features understanding the requirements and perform end to end testing of feature/features.
  

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Master’s / bachelor’s degree in computer/ Electronics Engineering.
• 3-12 years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.
• Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
• Good in coding C++/Java
• RTOS & OS (Linux/Android) experience
• Embedded Hardware understanding, datasheet, schematics
• Worked on any one of tuner technologies AMFM/DAB/SDARS/DRM/IBOC
• Exposure to RF tools like signal generators, Audio precision analyzer
• Experience of GIT
• Experience in Design tools like Rhapsody/Visio

Reporting Structure:

Candidate would report to Software Project Manager who has experience in tuner technologies, Android tuner development, multiple program delivery.
