Job Purpose:We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Principal who can lead our school academically and operationally while playing a key role in developing and expanding the business verticals of the institution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background along with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. Key Responsibilities:Academic & Administrative LeadershipOversee day-to-day school operations, academics, and administration. Maintain high standards of teaching, discipline, and student outcomes. Lead recruitment, training, and performance of teaching and non-teaching staff. Ensure compliance with education board norms (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Drive academic innovation, extracurricular development, and student engagement. Business & Strategic DevelopmentCollaborate with the management to develop and launch new education-related business initiatives, such as: After-school programs Skill development centers Online learning modules Franchising or branch expansion Identify and build partnerships with external vendors, corporates, and training organizations. Support marketing, admissions, and brand-building activities. Prepare business plans, growth forecasts, and monthly reports for new initiatives. Stakeholder EngagementBuild positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and the local community. Represent the school in educational fairs, conferences, and networking events. Work closely with trustees/investors for goal alignment and strategic planning.
