Job Description: As the Principal of Seacom Management College, you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the institution. Your responsibilities will include overseeing academic, administrative, and strategic operations to drive the college's growth and maintain excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and strategic direction for the college. - Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like AICTE, MAKAUT, NBA, UGC, etc. - Lead curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student development. - Foster a culture of academic excellence and research. - Establish partnerships with industry and academia for mutual growth. - Supervise administrative and academic staff while maintaining discipline. - Drive accreditation, rankings, and institutional development efforts. - Represent the college in public, professional, and community activities. Qualifications & Experience: - Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or related discipline from a recognized institution. - Minimum 10 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education. - Previous experience as a Principal of a recognized college in West Bengal/Indian State for at least 5-7 years. - Proven track record in academic leadership, NAAC/NBA accreditation processes, and institutional development. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.,
