Role Overview: As the Principal at Seacom Management College, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all academic, administrative, and strategic operations of the institution. Your leadership and vision will be instrumental in steering the college towards continued growth and excellence in the field of management education. Key Responsibilities: - Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the college. - Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as AICTE, MAKAUT, NBA, and UGC. - Lead curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student development initiatives. - Promote a culture of academic excellence and research within the institution. - Develop partnerships with industry and academia to foster collaborative growth. - Supervise administrative and academic staff while maintaining discipline across the campus. - Drive accreditation, rankings, and institutional development efforts. - Represent the college in various public, professional, and community activities. Qualifications & Experience: - Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 10 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education. - Previous experience serving as a Principal of a recognized college in West Bengal or any Indian State for at least 5-7 years. - Proven track record in academic leadership, NAAC/NBA accreditation processes, and institutional development. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.,
