Principal Product Manager
We Are Looking For An Experienced Product Manager To
- Design, execute and lead the business development cycle across our Nevio offer, covering business, functional and technical needs, to existing and prospective customers, for the purpose of growing our new Nevio business and accelerating the go-to-market plan.
- Articulate and deliver a powerful market-facing messaging about our business proposition and the value generated from our new value-add Nevio capabilities, to trigger market excitement, establish trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers and drive conversion.
- Act as a trusted thought leader, advisor and consultative resource to internal stakeholders (e.g. product management, product and data engineering, account management, customer success and sales engineering, across our central and regional organizations), as well as external stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed all business targets of our Nevio business.
Commercial execution & business development
- Identify business opportunities and manage a pipeline of NEVIO prospects across regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to develop a comprehensive customer engagement process from initial contact to final agreement, including RFI/RFP responses and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like product management, engineering, and sales to define processes.
- Keep the customer's values, interests, and challenges at the forefront.
- Deliver powerful market messaging and engage with customer teams up to C-level, highlighting the value of Nevio capabilities.
- Provide proactive recommendations on scope, solutions, and commercial offers to maximize Nevio business growth.
- Use metrics to measure sales performance, support decision-making, and drive cost and time efficiency.
Business & solution acumen
- Develop a thorough understanding of Nevio capabilities, their link to our Offer & Order Management, Consumer & Travel Seller touch-points, and data-driven technology, to effectively engage with various customers or internal audiences at all levels.
- Demonstrate business and solution expertise in customer relationships, from assessing needs to negotiation and closing.
- Establish and manage an ongoing knowledge process for Nevio capabilities and promote them to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in industry forums as needed.
Business domain strategy
- Lead Nevio strategy alignment with customer goals and challenges.
- Identify and address major business trends, opportunities, and threats strategically.
- Influence Nevio offer and strategy through insights from business opportunities and customer engagements.
- Establish and manage knowledge sharing on Nevio capabilities, supporting regional expertise and excellence.
- Develop synergies across business domains based on maturity and requirements analysis.
- Coordinate with other BDs for aligned plans, strategies, and enhanced market messaging.
Leadership
- Build trust with key stakeholders at all levels.(internal and external)
- Report customer engagements to top management.
- Lead and design business development practices.
- Pursue excellence in customer-facing interactions.
- Promote a customer-centric culture and agile mindset.
