Role Overview: As a highly accomplished Sr. VP, you will be responsible for leading the global sales and revenue function of the company. Your role will involve bringing 15-20 years of proven sales leadership experience and a successful track record of managing high-performing teams, with strong exposure to US or European markets. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the global revenue strategy to ensure sustainable growth. - Lead business development and enterprise sales efforts in US or European markets. - Build, mentor, and manage large cross-functional sales and account management teams. - Establish a performance-driven culture by setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and focusing on talent development. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and foster long-term account relationships. - Identify and implement new market entry strategies, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. - Take ownership of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align go-to-market plans. - Represent the company in CXO-level client meetings, industry forums, and global events. Qualification Required: - 15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience with a strong track record of revenue growth. - Proven exposure to US or European markets. - Expertise in team leadership and scaling global sales teams. - Background in B2B SaaS / IT Products / enterprise technology sales preferred. - Strong financial and business acumen with experience in P&L ownership. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.,
