Job Summary

The President Sales, Marketing & Business Development will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves developing and executing integrated sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with the companys vision and long-term goals. The incumbent will lead high-performing teams, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable business growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and verticals for expansion.
  • Lead sales teams across regions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture key client relationships, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
  • Drive negotiations, high-value deals, and contracts with major clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Oversee marketing strategy, digital presence and communication initiatives.
  • Position the organization as an industry leader through innovative campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Drive customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams across sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and business development functions.
  • Track ROI on sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement processes, systems, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Education

    : MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
  • Experience

    : 20 - 27 years (20 year in Real Estate) of proven leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, with at least 810 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in a competitive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and manage complex negotiations.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Global exposure and ability to manage multicultural teams will be an advantage.
