Presentation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our team. The

role will focus on designing impactful, visually compelling, and brand-consistent

presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong

sense of design aesthetics, storytelling ability, and proficiency in creating engaging

presentations that communicate ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

● Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business pitches, client meetings,

conferences, training modules, and marketing initiatives.

● Translate complex data, reports, and ideas into visually engaging and

easy-to-understand slides.

● Develop custom graphics, icons, infographics, charts, and layouts to enhance

storytelling.

● Ensure brand consistency across all decks by following brand guidelines, templates,

and design standards.

Collaboration & Creativity

● Work closely with marketing, business development, leadership, and content teams

to design presentations tailored to specific objectives.

● Suggest creative ways to improve content flow, structure, and storytelling.

● Adapt presentations for different formats and audiences (e.g., investor decks, sales

pitches, client onboarding, event keynotes).

Quality & Delivery

● Proofread and review decks for accuracy, consistency, and visual impact.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without

compromising quality.

● Stay updated with design trends and presentation tools to continuously improve

output.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Keynote,

Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.

● Strong visual design sense with knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.

● Ability to create infographics, icons, and data visualizations.

● Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and formatting.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to simplify complex information into clear, impactful slides.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, Marketing, or related

field (preferred, not mandatory).

● 2–4 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or similar role.

● Portfolio showcasing professional presentation work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
