Presentation Specialist

As a Presentation Specialist at RR Donnelley, you will be responsible for designing unique PowerPoint and Keynote slides/templates for pitch presentations. Your designs will be rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements. You will create new presentation styles and infographics within the stipulated brand standards and guidelines while maintaining the brands" aesthetic and quality. You will manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient meeting of deadlines. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure that all brand presentations are of a high standard. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is also required. Holding a degree or diploma in printing technology and packaging would be considered an added advantage. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, is necessary for this position. You should be willing to work out of our Teynampet office as there are no work-from-home or hybrid options available. As part of the perks and benefits, you will receive a shift allowance in addition to the compensation offered. One-way cab facilities are available for night shifts, and complimentary dinner and breakfast will be provided at the office for employees working during the night.
