Job Title: Process Engineering Lead Position Description: The position will work in the technology transformation office team and should be having sound knowledge/experience in Managing ITIL Incident / Problem process & procedures. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to work on multiple tasks during the same time frame and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Must be willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines. The candidate shall report to the Senior Manager - IT Essential Qualifications: DCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MS or equivalent. Full and complete educational certificate/mark sheet expected with no pending arrears. Experience as an Incident/Problem Analyst in the IT Service Operations domain. Chairing/Host the IM Conference call and Drives implementation of standard execution of the Incident Management process Performing Incident trend and category wise analysis and Sound knowledge/Exp in ITSM Tools i.e. Service Now and ITSM Process [Incident&Problem] Incident/ Problem management Analytical knowledge in the Endpoint /IT Infrastructure. Knowledge of IT operations best practices, including ITIL, IT Projects, and Six Sigma etc. Strong IT problem solving, trouble-shooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team. Technical Qualifications: Sound knowledge in reports, MSO, Excel Macros, and Google Data Studio.
