Process Engineering Supervisor

As a Process Engineering Lead working in the technology transformation office team, you will be responsible for managing the ITIL Incident / Problem process & procedures. You should possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines accurately and efficiently. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines is essential. Reporting to the Senior Manager - IT, you will play a key role in Incident/Problem Analyst functions within the IT Service Operations domain. The ideal candidate should hold a DCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent degree with full educational certificates/mark sheets and no pending arrears. You must have 6-8 years of experience in Incident/Problem management, including chairing/hosting IM Conference calls and driving the standard execution of the Incident Management process. Proficiency in ITSM Tools such as Service Now and ITSM Process (Incident & Problem), along with analytical knowledge in Endpoint/IT Infrastructure, is required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of IT operations best practices like ITIL, IT Projects, and Six Sigma. Strong IT problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Technical qualifications include expertise in reports, MSO, Excel Macros, and Google Data Studio, as well as experience in Endpoint computing devices and infra technical basics. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
