Process Engineering Supervisor

As a Process Engineering Lead working in the technology transformation office team, your role will involve managing ITIL Incident/Problem processes and procedures. You are expected to have sound knowledge and experience in this domain. Your strong organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you should be capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, and be willing to work extended hours when necessary. You will report to the Senior Manager - IT. Key Responsibilities: - Chair/host the IM Conference call and drive standard execution of the Incident Management process - Perform Incident trend and category wise analysis - Possess sound knowledge/experience in ITSM Tools such as Service Now and ITSM Process [Incident&Problem] - Demonstrate Incident/Problem management analytical knowledge in the Endpoint/IT Infrastructure - Have knowledge of IT operations best practices, including ITIL, IT Projects, and Six Sigma - Utilize strong IT problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills - Work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team Qualifications Required: - DCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent educational background with full and complete certificates/mark sheets and no pending arrears - Experience as an Incident/Problem Analyst in the IT Service Operations domain - Technical qualifications: Sound knowledge in reports, MSO, Excel Macros, and Google Data Studio. Experience in Endpoint computing devices and infra technical basics - 6-8 years of relevant experience - Ability to work a flexible schedule during day, night, and weekend shifts (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.),
