Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 6+ years of recruitment experience handling both IT and Non-IT hiring. Strong stakeholder management experience, especially working closely with onsite (global) teams . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
