Strong stakeholder management experience, especially working closely with onsite (global) teams . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
