Job Description

A Presentation Specialistdesigns and develops presentations according to the companys or clientsguidelines and works to conceptualize topics and present them clearly andconcisely. expert in graphic design and the presentation of visual information,work with new or existing presentations to create visually appealing,persuasive, effective presentations. Presentation Specialists add animations,photographs, charts and graphs, and work with colors, fonts, and sizes. Theymay also design their own graphic elements. A Presentation Specialist workswith a business to design a presentation in PowerPoint or another program tohighlight a particular product or service. such as Prezi or Corel.

Roles and responsibilities:

The person needs to create High Level of PowerPointPresentations basis Clients OR Companys requirements

The person should really be able to think out of thebox to create new and update existing PPTs

The person should be good in pasting Numbers, Charts,Logos in the PPT as and when required

Basic LevelPresentations Includes:

Alignment & Formatting

Templatization (without enhancement and keeping samelayout/style)

Basic Iconography (Adding icons only) & Addingimages / background element

Gentle Scrub (Checking whole document and applyingfixes wherever possible)

Excel to PPT (keeping table format), Adding stockicons, & Editing charts

Advanced LevelPresentations Includes:

Content Restructuring (Creating new design) &Visual Enhancement Templatization

Changing layout or restructuring in different look andfeel

Excel to PPT (Converting PPT format), Charts Creation,Putting logos (more than 10)

Design element revamp, Complex formatting (Slides withlots of data, charts etc.)

MandatoryRequirements:

Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experienceinto Power Point Presentations

Must have excellent command over the English language

Candidate should be excellent in Basic & AdvancedLevel of Power Point Presentations

The Job responsibilities ofthe candidate shall include but are not limited to the Job Description & toperform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.
