Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Center Head located in Pune. The Preschool Center Head will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, coordinating with parents, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires active involvement in strategic planning and community engagement to uphold the school's mission and values.

• Experience in Implementation of Curriculum
• Strong Organizational and Record-Keeping skills
• Excellent Communication and Parent Coordination abilities
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education and Child Development
• Ability to ensure Compliance with Regulatory Standards
• Strategic Planning and Community Engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Experience in the preschool or early childhood education sector is highly desirable
