Preschool Center Head

Dear candidate,

Birla Open Minds Preschool, Kollam, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Centre head who can lead with vision, connect with warmth, and ensure excellence in early childhood education.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day -to- day preschool and Grades 1 and 2 operations and academic delivery
• Build a strong team and warm *parent connect* through effective communication and engagement.
• Guide and mentor the teaching team to uphold Birla quality standards.
• Ensure a joyful, safe and nurturing environment for children.

Eligibility and Qualifications:-

• Graduate in Education/ Early childhood education would be preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preschool leadership or academic coordination.
• A pleasent personality with empathy, initiative, and organizational abilities.

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
