Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Center Head at our Pune location. The Preschool Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and implementing and assessing educational programs. The role includes managing staff, handling parent communications, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Child Development
• Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Parent Engagement skills
• Ability to create and implement educational programs
• Experience in maintaining compliance with educational regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a preschool or similar setting
